Director and 18s Competitive Coach Jeff Wells is in his 15th year with the WCVBC. Jeff is the Club's Head Coach and has an extensive coaching background including high school, college and Club. Jeff has played at all levels of volleyball, including more than two years with the Men's National Team in the '80's. Jeff is very active in other areas of volleyball. He is a collegiate referee and trains scorekeepers and referees. Email Jeff.
17s Competitive Coach Tammy Wells is in her 15th year with the WCVBC. Tammy has coached both high school and middle school level teams over the past many years. Tammy played college volleyball at Azusa Pacific University where during her junior year she led the nation in blocks. She also played high school volleyball in Southern California. Tammy and her husband Jeff have three children ages, 18, 16 & 12. Email Tammy.
16s Competitive Coach AJ Egli is in his 6th year with the WCVBC. Adam Richardson is his Asst. Coach. In 2009, their 16s team won the Western Colorado Showcase; won Grand Reserve at the RMR Showdown; won Diggin' It in Durango; took 19th at the Crossroads National Qualifier; and won the Western Slope Championships. The team went 30-9. AJ and his wife, Jennifer, live in GJ with their 6 year-old son, Zachary. Email AJ.
15s Competitive Coach Dane McCabe is in his 10th year with the WCVBC. He is a former high school coach and has coached various levels within the Club. Dane played club volleyball while attending the University of Northern Colorado. Dane, along with his wife Keli, work together to raise their 13 year-old son Jordan and 2 year-old girl Logan. Dane currently is teaching 4th grade at Nisley Elementary in Grand Junction. Email Dane.  

15s Competitive Coach Scott Wright is in his 3rd year with the WCVBC He was the 14s Head Coach last year. Scott plays indoors 6-man and 4-man vball and was an Open Doubles player for many years. Scott lives in GJ with his wife and son. 

14s Gold Cup Coach Shelli Shideler is in her 1st year with the WCVBC. She has been coaching for 9 years, starting with a middle school team and coaching club for Bongo(Greeley). She is the Glenwood Springs Middle School Coach and started a summer doubles program in Glenwood Springs. Shelli and her husband Ben live in the mountains near Glenwood Springs. Email Shelli.

14s Gold Cup Coach Keli McCabe is in her 8th year with the WCVBC. She played volleyball in high school as a setter and is currently active in the city leagues. She enjoys the challenge of teaching newer players the fundamentals of the game. She works and lives in Grand Junction with her husband, Dane, their 12 year-old son, Jordan and 1 year-old daughter, Logan. Email Keli.

14s Gold Cup Coach Sarah Gardner is in her 5th year with the WCVBC and will coach a 14s Gold Cup team. Sarah lives in GJ. She coached for Olathe H.S. and played for Central H.S. She also played for GJVBC for four years. She has been married for 7 years to her husband Cy and we have 2 kids, Destiny, 6 and Xander, 2. Email Sarah.

14s Gold Cup Coach Reese Merrell is in her 3rd year with the WCVBC. She played for the WCVBC her senior year in high school and then went on to play at Mesa State College. Her first year with the WCVBC, she was an Assistant Coach with Coach AJ Egli. Last year, she was the 17s Head Coach. Presently, Reese is a senior at Mesa State College.

13s Gold Cup Coach Brenda Dearth is in her 2nd year with the WCVBC. She played High School volleyball in Utah, & Co-ed City League. Since 2006 she has enjoyed coaching Middle School volleyball with the American Christian Schools of Western Colorado. Brenda lives in Grand Junction with her husband Kelly and 2 children Mecia & Jonathan.
13s Gold Cup Coach Deb Ungaro is in her 2nd year with the WCVBC. She played high school volleyball for Fruita, and coed city league. She coached middle school volleyball at a local Christian school. Last year she was assistant coach for Keli. Debi lives in Fruita with her husband David and their four children: David, Davon, Danae, And Dasmynn.

12s Gold Cup Coach Laura Jueschke is in her 4th year with the WCVBC and will coacht the 12s Gold Cup team. She was an Assistant Coach with AJ's 17s team three years ago. She is a high school official. Laura lives in GJ with her husband Joe and two children, Morgan and Brayden. Email Laura.

Boys Gold Cup Coach Joe Jueschke is in his 4th year with the WCVBC and will coach the Gold Cup Boys team. Joe has played with both men and coed teams from comp to rec leagues. Joe has been a coach for the City of GJ Parks and in the GJ Little League. He has coached youth programs in wrestling, football, baseball and softball. Joe lives in GJ with his wife, Laura and two children, Morgan and Brayden. Email Joe.
