Director and 18s Competitive Coach Jeff Wells is in his 14th year with the WCVBC. Jeff is the Club's Head Coach and has an extensive coaching background including high school, college and Club. Jeff has played at all levels of volleyball, including more than two years with the Men's National Team in the '80's. Jeff is very active in other areas of volleyball. He is a collegiate referee and trains scorekeepers and referees. Email Jeff.

17s Competitive Coach Reese Merrell is in her 2nd year with the WCVBC. Last year, she was the 15s Assistant Coach to Coach AJ Egli. Reese is a student at Mesa State College, majoring in mathematics. She was recruited to play volleyball at Mesa State College. She travelled from Meeker her senior year to play for Jeff on his 18s team.

16s Competitive Coach AJ Egli is in his 5th year with the WCVBC. In his first two years coaching 15s, his teams won 6 of their 11 tournaments. While with Glenwood Springs Volleyball Club, his 2001 13 year-old team became the only team from the Western Slope to qualify and compete at the Junior Olympics. They finished 26th in the nation. AJ lives in Grand Junction with his beautiful wife of 15 years, Jennifer and their 5 year-old son, Zachary. Email AJ.

15s Competitive Coach Tammy Wells is in her 14th year with the WCVBC. Tammy has coached both high school and middle school level teams over the past many years. Tammy played college volleyball at Azusa Pacific University where during her junior year she led the nation in blocks. She also played high school volleyball in Southern California. Tammy and her husband Jeff have three children ages, 16, 15 & 10. Email Tammy.

14s Gold Cup Coach Dane McCabe is in his 10th year with the WCVBC. He is the former varsity volleyball coach at DeBeque High School and has coached various levels within the Club. Dane played club volleyball while his was attending the University of Northern Colorado. Dane, along with his wife Keli, work together to raise their 12 year-old son Jordan and 1 year-old girl Logan. Dane currently is teaching 4th grade at Nisley Elementary in Grand Junction. Email Dane.  

14s Gold Cup Coach Sarah Gardner is in her 2nd year with the WCVBC and will coach a 14s Gold Cup team. She was an Assistant Coach for the WCVBC 14s team last year. Sara lives in GJ. 

13s Gold Cup Coach Keli McCabe is in her 7th year with the WCVBC. She played volleyball in high school as a setter and is currently active in the city leagues. She enjoys the challenge of teaching newer players the fundamentals of the game. She works and lives in Grand Junction with her husband, Dane, their 12 year-old son, Jordan and 1 year-old daughter, Logan. Email Keli.

12s Gold Cup Coach Laura Jueschke is in her 3rd year with the WCVBC and will coacht the 12s Gold Cup team. She was an Assistant Coach for the WCVBC 17s team two years ago. She is a high school official. Laura lives in GJ with her husband Joe and two children, Morgan and Brayden. Email Laura.

Boys Gold Cup Coach Joe Jueschke is in his 3rd year with the WCVBC and will coach the Gold Cup Boys team. Joe has played with both men and coed teams from competitive to rec leagues. Joe has been a coach for the City of GJ Parks, as well as an assistant in Grand Junction Little League. He has coached youth programs in wrestling, football, baseball and softball. Joe is optimistic that this will be a good year for the boy's team. Joe lives in GJ with his wife, Laura and two children, Morgan and Brayden. Email Joe.
