2009 Competitive Teams

Congratulations to those of you who have made the program. In order to practice with your team, these five steps HAVE to be completed. NO exceptions.

1. Register under our club with USAV, click here (email Jeff a copy of the confirmation email at director@westerncoloradovolleyball.org)

2. Copy of birth certificate (previous players will be on file)

3. Download, print and sign Player-Parent Commitment Form, click here.

4. Download, print and complete Medical Form

5. Pay non-refundable base fee (check for $400). Bring to the first practice.

First Practice will be Tuesday at the Fruita 8/9 School. Time to come from your coach.
